SV CHUFFED
'Chuffed' is a 37ft aluminium monohull. She is sloop rigged and has a swing keel, which allows us to explore uncharted anchorages with ease and anchor in shallow water.
Dr Sheddy
Dr Sheddy graduated from James Cook University in 2011 and worked as a small animal veterinarian in rural Queensland and as a wildlife veterinarian in South Australia. In 2014 Dr Sheddy moved to China to work with Animals Asia, rescuing bears from the bile trade. She founded Vet Tails in 2017 to provide free veterinary care to animals in need from aboard Chuffed.
On board Dr Sheddy is the captain and veterinarian, films and edits Chuffed Adventures. She plans and organizes veterinary outreach programs.

Jim
Jim has masters degrees in ‘International Environmental Politics’ from American University in Washington DC and ‘Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Development’ from the University of Peace in Costa Rica.
Jim joined Vet Tails in 2019. He is the first mate and films and edits Chuffed Adventures. He plans and organizes veterinary outreach programs.
